Radio Message Types
We offer three different message types on our service to help get your message out to your customers.
Standard Message
Will play message in rotation, typically every 2-3 songs which equates to every 9-12 minutes. Will only play when a song finishes.
Fixed Time Message
Message will play at a certain time. If a song is playing, it will fade out and play message. Once the message is completed, the song will fade back in and continue.
Relative Message
Message is played relative to trading hours set by the client in the Client Area. For example, a closing message to be played 10 minutes before closing.
